Forgot your password? Follow these steps to get back in — it only takes a couple of minutes.
- Tap "Forgot password?" — On the login screen of the RLAX app or book.rlax.com, it sits just under the password field. No need to type anything there first.
- Request instructions — Enter the email linked to your RLAX account, then tap "Request Instructions."
- Open the email from RLAX — Tap "Reset Password" in the email within 24 hours. Check your spam folder if it isn't in your inbox.
- Set your new password — Choose a password that's six characters or more and includes at least one number, then confirm it.
- Log back in — Use your new password; everything else stays the same. If the app still won't let you in, close it completely, reopen it, then log in again.
Didn't get the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder first — resets often land there.
- Make sure you entered the exact email your RLAX account was created with. If it's not registered, no email is sent.
